Mary was adopted at birth and when she turned 18 she began looking for her biological parents. After more than 20 years of unsuccessful searches through mainstream ways she decided to try social media. On her 41st birthday she made a posting on Facebook. She was reunited with her family 53 days and 11,440 shares later.
